I am someone on a journey, a journey of wholeness and healing. Someone who is awakening, exploring self and unbecoming everything I am not. I am a student and teacher of personal and soul development, spiritual teachings, energy healing, hypnotherapy, subconscious reprogramming, states of consciousness, nervous system regulation, and inner child awareness and healing. I enjoy working with those who find themselves awakening to a new phase of life or feel stuck in an old one and would like to explore the mental, emotional and spiritual landscape as a way to come home to themselves and step into the highest level version of themselves.
